the location was acceptable.
The room wasn't great. It lacked basic amenities like a shower cap. i was also surprised the minibar was empty. the receptionist tried to give me a room with two beds instead of the king i booked, they did this to other guests as well.

the hotel is close to attractions and public transport stops. bus 397 from schiphol airport drops you off right in front of the hotel. the breakfast buffet features a huge variety of foods. i also found the waiters and waitresses to be friendly.
i thought the carpets in the corridors looked dirty

the air-conditioning leaked water into the room. the noise of the water droplets on the floor was annoying and it created a safety hazard.
